One of the great joys of my career is working through repertoire with singers as a vocal coach. I truly value the relationship of trust, honesty, and shared discovery that coaching creates.

I have over a decade of experience coaching singers from first year university to professionals, including 8 years as a one-on-one coach at the University of Manitoba Desautels Faculty of Music. I am proficient with Italian, English, German and French diction, and frequently coach opera, song, and oratorio. In addition to freelance coaching, I currently coach as part of the Opera Theatre program at DFOM.

I love the process of figuring out the puzzle of music together, and discovering how singers can find their most authentic expressivity and clarity through the music.
